Hypnotherapy for Concentration
How can hypnotherapy help with concentration, focus and productivity?
Hypnotherapy can help you to access resourceful states of mind and train the brain in new patterns. By working at a deeper level, you can tap into states of calm focus and concentration more readily.
In a hypnotherapy session, I will guide you to -
Access resourceful states like concentration and flow
Channel your energy in the most beneficial way
Gain insight into obstacles
Resolve inner conflict and reach goals faster
If you are finding it challenging to prioritise or feeling scattered, working with the unconscious mind can help to align your intentions. At a deeper level of awareness accessed through hypnosis, you can begin to understand underlying factors that may be affecting your focus and productivity. You may already have many thoughts on what is blocking your progress. Weaving together your existing understanding with new insights, and combining analytical thoughts with the creative and intuitive senses, can lead to breakthroughs.
Sometimes a lack of focus or productivity can be the result of an inner conflict. We all have ‘parts’ (or sub-personalities). These parts can have very different agendas. While your inner manager relentlessly pushes towards goals, your inner child may become sad or resentful. Such inner conflict can sabotage even the best efforts towards progress, leading to procrastination, loss of focus, brain fog and low energy. Hypnotherapy provides a way of dialoguing with your inner parts and discovering more about their intentions. When all of the different parts of you have their needs met, you are more likely to feel integrated and able to access a natural flow of energy.
Integrative hypnotherapy
I use an integrative approach combining hypnosis with other modalities. Using guided imagery, metaphor, and creative exercises can help to train your brain, gain insight, and reveal new pathways to reaching your goals. Each session is designed to facilitate access to your inner wisdom and uncover your innate potential.
