Please note - I have very limited availability and am currently working with clients on a flexible basis. If you are looking for very frequent sessions or long term therapy on the same day and time each week, this is not something I can currently provide.

Initial Conversation (15 mins)
A free initial chat gives us the opportunity to explore if we are a good fit and have a chat about your needs. We can have a conversation by telephone or an online video meeting (if you prefer to have an initial chat by email that’s fine too). You can then take as much time as you need to decide if what I offer is right for you.
Consultation & assessment (30 mins)
An initial online consultation gives you the opportunity to tell me about your issue. The information that you share (you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with) helps me to understand your values and goals. This means that our work together can be carefully tailored to your needs.
First session (50 mins | 75 mins | 90 mins)
For our first session, I typically recommend 75 minutes. This provides time to explore your issue and do some foundational work before delving deeper.
Follow-up sessions (50 mins | 75 mins | 90 mins)
Depending on your preference and schedule, follow-up sessions can be 50, 75 or 90 minutes.
We will monitor progress at each session, and any plans can be adjusted based on how quickly things change for you. My aim is to guide you to reconnect with your inner resources in as few sessions as possible.
